The printables come with license for personal use only, which means you cannot distribute them publicly or privately with anyone else. This means they cannot be shared in class, online or distributed in any other way, for free or paid. For your personal use, you can create as many copies as you want. 

No, the printables cannot be used in class without prior permission. They are for personal use only.

In most cases, you won’t have any issues with our PDF downloads but should you encounter any technical difficulties please feel free to reach out at info@momooze.com and our team will be happy to help.

The print quality is dependent on the printer you use, what type of ink it uses, quality of paper and your printing settings. Please note we cannot guarantee that the colors used in preview will be exactly those you get on your home printer setting.

At the moment we do not offer this service and only provide digital products.

Unless the product is specified as editable PDF printable, no files can be edited, they are sold to be printed only.

We send them in two sizes - standard US Letter and A4 size.

If you would like to share our free printables in a roundup or article, we will be delighted if you do so - but please note you cannot upload the printable files directly on your website, you can only link to our product page and direct users to download it from there.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay with Paypal. We do not offer the option to pay on delivery. 

Please check your order confirmation email, the files are included in that email. If you don't see the email, check spam folder in case in went there. If you still can't locate it, please reach out and we will resend it for you.

All payments are processed via secure payment gateway called Stripe. Stripe has full control over what payment method or if the card is allowed or declined and there is nothing we can do about your card being declined for payment. You do, however, have the option to use Paypal to make a payment. 

Our orders are processed automatically and once the payment has been submitted and accepted, we cannot offer any cancelation. This is due to the nature of the products - they are instant digital downloads, therefore it is impossible for us to request a return and offer a refund. Orders cannot be altered once they've been submitted.

We are working on offering a custom design product selection, you should be able to see it on the website soon. For now, we are not able to accept one by one basis custom design requests.

Our discount codes are subject to expiry period and they also cannot be combined together with other discount codes. If this is one of the cases, then your code will be declined. If you think this is not the case, please reach out to our team who will be happy to verify the code for you. Please note discount codes cannot be applied post-purchase.

In your printer settings, you have an option to enter a page number you would like to print. Simply add the number there and print only that specific page.

Yes, of course! You can open the file on any computer that has a PDF reader. If you don't have one installed, you can get a free version of Acrobat Adobe Reader online.

Please note colours may appear differently as a result of printers used, paper stock used and ink levels in printers. Quality may also differ according to these factors.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on this ground. All products are supplied in standard PDF format which is universally easy to print on any type of printer.

Yes, all files have a carefully calculated margin to ensure you can hole punch either side of the file.

They come in two standard sizes, US Letter (8.5 x 11 inch) and A4 size (210 x 297 mm). That means that they are compatible with printers all over the world, both in US and Europe.

Yes, you can - as long as you ensure that the files are deleted by them after being printed.

Unfortunately no. Due to the nature of the products, once you have made the purchase, the files are automatically sent to you and we have no way of accepting a return on digital files. As soon as the order has been processed, we are unable to accept any cancellations because the access for download is automatic and instant (even if you didn’t download your files).
